It’s so great to find this Thai fast food in Hillside Mall. We tried their combos and they offer free drinks, what a surprise. Good value for money these days. I like their eggplants and BBQ pork and my kid likes their curry chicken . The staff and the cook are very friendly and helpful. At one time the eggplant was almost sold out, not enough to make a portion. They know we like their eggplants, so they offered to make new ones for us, it’s already 8pm, really appreciate it. Not many fast food places would do that.

If you like pepper bbq flavor chicken, their Bangkok Chicken must your best choice for you. I went to Thailand last year and still missing the traditional Thai dish all the time. By chance to find this restaurant in hillside. Back to Thai in one second. And to my surprise, they offer me veggie green curry to satisfy my vegetarian friend! How nice they are!

Visited California Thai twice, one of those times I was just getting leftovers near closing and the other times I visited during regular hours. The quality between is extreme to say the least, when the food is fresh, it’s great. I got the pork belly esque protein along with mixed veggies and lo mein. That was very delicious and honestly was so satisfying. The other one was leftovers and just got a lot of food. Some of the protein was still good, but most of the veggies (the green beans) along with the chicken and noodles were actually inedible. The chicken did not have chicken, pure breading which was hard to eat. The noodle was actually tasting gross and was bad. It’s a mix, it’s not worth to get leftovers here but I would recommend getting it fresh.

I usually came here for lunch during my work time. Especially for their green chicken curry and juicy Bangkok chicken. Their curry is zero water and all of the coconut curry, which is very rare here. Also, she told me many customers are the fans for the Bangkok chicken. I tasted and for sure that’s so good. Highly recommended here for the people around. And no mention their five star service.
